I like the ambience and the food. Service can be better.
We had banh beo, coconut snails and E2 Bun Mec.
They were all delicious except eating those snails require a special sucking skill lol we had to take the rest home to eat because it was too difficult to enjoy them in public hahaha
E2 Bun Mec was a good portion and I really liked it but it would have been better if they could provide enough dipping sauce. We ordered rice papers as extra but were not given plates to use for the folding/rolling. Upon request, I was given a blue plastic not so clean looking plate to use. I preferred a clean porcelain plate. -

Avoid any snails, but everything else is good. Snails are really tough.
Service is whatever but the food is delicious.
Get the water fern cake and razor clams and stay warm with their udon. Would highly encourage sharing the egg crepe omelette. -

We saw a Facebook special they posted for their 1 year anniversary. They were giving out free bowl of their bun oc! Stopped by to order two of that and banh beo.
The service was great - super polite and tentative.
Of course the wait was a bit longer that day but the food tasted great nonetheless.
FYI They only have like 3 parking spots on the side. -

We came here for a Saturday lunch. The place wasn't busy at all so we got seated right away.
Seafood/sea snails seemed to be their biggest selling point, so for three people we ordered one water fern cake, one yellow spotted snails with shrimp chili sauce, one grilled mussels with garlic butter, and one combo pancake. When the food came, the portion was much smaller than we assumed, especially the seafood, so we added one grilled oysters with tamarind sauce, one lemongrass beef, and one water spinach with scallops.
Overall the food was good. My favorite was the combo pancake. It's a huge omelet with all the listed ingredients wrapped inside. You are supposed to wrap part of the omelet with lettuce and eat it like Korean bbq. This is a very special dish that I've never seen at other Vietnamese restaurants, and quite delicious too.
The water fern cake was another special dish that I've never seen before. The sauce and the sausage served with it were both delicious. As for the cake itself, I expected it to be less starchy and more jelly textured.
All the seafood was good, fresh and flavorful. None of us was a big fan of snails in general so that was probably our least favorite dish. The seasoning didn't get on the snails very well either. The beef was very average, not good not bad. The water spinach with scallops had good flavors, and I enjoyed the scallops a lot, but the water spinach stems were super hard to chew on. If they used fresher water spinach, that would not be the case.
Since we ordered a lot of food (2 appetizers, 3 seafood, 1 entree, 1 veggie), the price turned out to be more expensive than we expected - $37 per person with everything included. I'd say it was a little bit overpriced. Everything (mainly the seafood) was labeled a cheap price but the portion was smaller than expected.
Service was good. -

Best snails I've ever had. The coconut broth curry was delicious and paired well with the fried rice. Restaurant is big with lots of seating and parking near by.
